The chemical reactions module on 8.3.18 has a problem under Windows Vista and Windows 7 due to the tighter
security model of Windows Vista and Windows 7. The program works under Windows XP and there is a workaround to get it to work under Windows Vista and Windows 7. Since version 8.3.18 is
an old version, we don't plan to fix that problem in release 8.3.18.
The chemical reactions module will work under the next JMadonna release.
